Dare Property Management is a property management business based in the North of England, specifically focused on Chester, Manchester, Liverpool, North Wales, North Yorkshire and Teesside. 

As a business, we strive to deliver the best possible service to everyone we deal with from our landlords, investors, tenants, our guests, or our team of experienced tradespeople who are always on hand to keep our portfolio in showroom condition.

Since incorporating in 2020, we have been predominantly offering landlords fixed guaranteed rent and then using those properties for Serviced Accommodation or HMO purposes.

The team at Dare Property Management are continuously looking for more projects and properties to grow our portfolio. Setting big goals is certainly the way forward for Dare Property Management.
